Customer Satisfaction

If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your DuraPro product, you may return the merchandise within 30 calendar days of date of purchase. 

We only accept returns for merchandise that was bought directly from www.DuraProUSA.com and do not accept returns for items purchased elsewhere.  Merchandise that was purchased elsewhere is subject to that particular dealer's return policy and should be returned to that location only.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (this does not apply if the incorrect merchandise was shipped or if the order is cancelled prior to shipment).
  • To initiate a return, package the merchandise carefully with adequate protection and use a shipper of your choice to return your items. Please include a copy of your original invoice. You are responsible for any and all return shipping costs - No CODs please. We highly recommend insuring the package and are not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit to our facility.
