Customer Satisfaction

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, any unused / unworn merchandise that was purchased directly from may be returned within 60 calendar days of date of purchase.

  • All merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking charge and there is no refund on original shipping and handling charges (does not apply if the incorrect merchandise was shipped or if the order is cancelled prior to shipment).
  • If merchandise was purchased elsewhere it should be returned to that dealer / retail location. DuraPro will not accept refunds for items purchased elsewhere.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning the product and a copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned merchandise.
  • To initiate a return, please contact DuraPro Customer Service by emailing or by calling 720-580-3720.
  • After an RA number is assigned to you, package the merchandise carefully and use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend insuring the package. You are responsible for any and all return shipping costs. No CODs please.

Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment and normally process within 3 business days once we receive the returned merchandise.
