All DuraPro products are designed for ultimate quality, durability, and reliability. That is why we fully warrant them to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for life. No time-limits apply. No warranty card is required. If any of our products fail due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. However, you must return the damaged item to one of DuraPro's global Warranty Departments, and are responsible for any and all shipping costs in order to do so. No CODs please.

Making a Claim

All Warranty claims are handled directly through one of DuraPro's global Warranty Departments. Your dealer or retailer where you purchased the product is unable to make the warranty claim for you although they can help you through the process.
  • To initiate a warranty claim, please fill out the Warranty Submission Form below along with uploading the required photos of the product and damaged area. A DuraPro Customer Service representative will then contact you within 24 hours (Monday – Thursday) with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions of where to send your damaged DuraPro item.
  • Only after receiving your RA number and mailing instructions, ship your damaged DuraPro product with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance as DuraPro assumes no responsibility for items during shipment from the customer to one of our Warranty Departments.
USA Customers Only: Please let us know when filling out the Warranty Submission Form if you would like a delivery Signature Request. Should you live in an area that you don’t feel comfortable with packages being delivered at your front door, or know that you will potentially be out of town during delivery, we can add this for $3.50. This guarantees that the item will not be left at the front door unless it is signed for.

Processing Time

Normal warranty turnaround time is 2 - 3 business days once DuraPro receives your damaged item, at which point you will be notified by email as to the status of your warranty claim and to let you know when your replacement has shipped.

Terms & Conditions

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, or care; accidents or crashes; loss; unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications; misuse, abusive, or negligent use; or any use other than the product’s intended purpose.

*Normal Wear and Tear: Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your DuraPro product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Normal wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. While we choose the absolute very best materials available and we design our products to endure extended periods of time, all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to the elements. Use your best judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under our Lifetime Warranty as we do NOT cover products that no longer work due to normal wear and tear. However, even if you believe that your DuraPro product is ineligible for warranty repair or replacement, please contact us to discuss special discount options that we may have for you.

In no event shall DuraPro be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, or contingent liability relating to the purchase, use, or performance of any DuraPro product. No claim for charges incurred in the loss of use, loss of time, removal, disassembly, or re-installation of product will be allowed. Warranty is subject to change without notice.
