Lifetime Warranty

All DuraPro products are designed for ultimate quality, durability, and reliability.  That is why we fully warrant them to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for life. No time-limit applies. No warranty card is required. However, customer must return the damaged item(s) to DuraPro, and is responsible for any and all shipping costs in order to do so. No CODs please.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; damage resulting from improper care, handling, or accident; loss; unauthorized repairs; alterations or modifications; improper installation or maintenance; or misuse, abusive, or negligent use.

In no event shall DuraPro be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages, or contingent liability relating to the purchase, use, or performance of any DuraPro product. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or re-installation of product will be allowed. Warranty is subject to change without notice.

Making a Claim

  • To initiate a warranty claim, please contact DuraPro Customer Service by emailing Sales@DuraProUSA.com or by calling 720-580-3720. If you have your original order number available, please include it.
  • After an Return Authorization (RA) number is assigned to you, use a shipper of your choice to return your items to DuraPro.
