Processing

We want to get you your DuraPro product(s) promptly. That’s why we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. Processing times may take longer due to product inventory / order volume. Both orders and backorders are processed in the order they are received

NOTE: When a backorder is placed, your credit card is authorized and charged, even though the order may not be fulfilled and shipped out until a later date.

Shipping

When you package is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you. It is your responsibility to deal with the shipping carrier regarding any delays, damage, or lost packages. We only accept responsibility for your order while it is at our facility. Unfortunately, once your package leaves our facility it is fully in control of the carrier. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Limited insurance is standard with each carrier.  Full coverage insurance is optional, and must be requested.

Promotional shipping (e.g. free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

International Shipping

Customs and import duties may be applied by your local authority to International orders when the shipment reaches the destination country. Any charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary depending on the country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are also different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
